Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.
How to track
- Check your email. Your order confirmation arrives right after purchase; your tracking link follows once the order ships.
- Use your tracking number. Click the link in your shipping email, or enter the number on the carrier's website.
- Allow for processing. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before they ship.
Haven't received tracking?
If it's been more than a few business days with no shipping email, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@llumier.co with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
