If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

• Email support@llumier.co with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We'll reply with simple return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
